Official Rules

 

1. HOW TO ENTER

 

1.1. 1.1. Visit  Don of all Trades Professional Home Maintenance website located at www.donofalltrades.ca home page and  click on our Promotions Menu Bar, click on the  Write Us and Win Contest link and follow the instructions on how to register to this contest. The contest period closes on Saturday,  September 22, 2018 at 23:59:59 (EST). Website tracking determines date and time of entry.

 

1.2. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted for the duration of this contest.

 

1.3. No purchase is necessary to enter and to win.

 

1.4. Participants are to subscribe to the email list to recieive a copy of  The Better Home Home & Community Newsletter-Spring Edition, Issue 1 through  the subscription form provided on the Write Us And Win Contest  Page. Subscribers must  send their answer (in 80 words or less) to the following question: “Tell us what you love about The Betterment Home & Community News Letter in this issue” or in general”. All entries are to be send to  infodonofalltrades@gmail.com with "I WANT TO WRITE IN AND WIN!" in the subject line .

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. This contest is open to Canadian resididing in the Province of Ontario and who, at the time of participation, have reached the age of 18 years and older according to the law of the Province Ontario. Employees of Don of all Trades Professional Home Maintenance Serives/ The Betterment Home & Community News Letter and  their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

 

2.2. This contest is void outside the Province of Ontario, Canada.

 

3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

3.1. Log on to www.donofalltrades.ca and follow directions provided to register.

 

3.2. All entry requirements specified on our websites must be followed in order to be entered for a chance to win the prizes offered.

 

4. PRIZES AND AWARDING

4.1. 4.1. An independent judge will select the 4 winners from each of the entries received. The decision of the judge will be based on factors such as the originality, creativity and quality of the answers. The decision of the judge will be final. The judging will commence on June 28, 2018 and terminate on September 22, 2018 – the date on which the 4 winners will be notified of the following:

 

four (4) winners will be awarded one (1) Pre-paid Visa Gift Card valued at $25 each.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded. Don of All Trades Professional Home Maintenance Services  reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. The prize is guaranteed to be awarded. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules, and the decisions of Don of All Trades Professional Home Maintenance Services/The Betterment Home & Community News Letter are final on all matters regarding this contest. In order to win a prize, participants must register at the website mentioned in 1.1 above. The qualifying winner will be notified by mail, shortly after the contest close date. The winner will receive his/her prize approximately 30 days from the date the claim form is received at Don of All Trades Professional Home Maintenance Services/The Betterment Home & Community News Letter. Don of All Trades Professional Home Maintenance Services/The Betterment Home & Community News Letter reserves the right to give away unclaimed prize to the next eligible winner or to a recognized Canadian charitable organization.
